There is a German Shepherd running around on Mills between Tienda and Royal Crest in Lodi. I didn’t see a collar and it wouldn’t come to me. It was scared. If you or anyone you know is missing their dog please go get it! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ANIMALS ARE SAFE DURING THE FIREWORKS
