@yslenjoyer The problem is that in Poland such a big flats are straight up unpopular. Private companies build mostly flats around 30-40 squared metres or 60-80. Lack of big flats causes the price of available apartments to be even higher.

@johndory1914 Might agree that it is the case in the Western Europe, but Eastern Europe is completely different case. Lower salaries, cult and pride of hard work. There is no regular Pole, Slovak or Ukrainian, who just chills drinking coffee and smoking.
