@joesanders33 @bubbaprog @ewarren I’m in housing. There is almost no federal regulation of the residential sector. Everything is state/local. And regulatory costs are small anyway. Housing is expensive because land (where people want to live) is hard to come by. Gotta build up, which is $$$

The answer is undeniably “yes”. A background in statistics is prob more useful than medicine for this question. Your insights help, but I don’t think they’re key
