Luna said the White House is considering full amnesty for credible whistleblowers after background checks and called Miller's involvement a big deal because he is the president's right hand man.

Luna made clear why amnesty matters. Without it those with firsthand knowledge cannot safely point investigators to exact locations or programs. She noted the administration has already tried to follow up on leads but needs insiders to guide them effectively.

This is no longer treated as a kooky topic in Washington. It answers a fundamental question of whether we are alone in the universe. Bipartisan support is growing as more files come out and the stigma continues to fade. The administration is playing ball on transparency.
