My WZ Ranked S05 Iridescent rewards unlocked then locked again. Support claims I never hit the rank, but my profile showed Iridescent, lower rewards are unlocked, and I placed Top 5 in the Iridescent Ranked Series (division-specific ladder).

That is it zip, alot of people arent happy. Myself included due to hours of grinding, but hey is what it is. I was expecting a full reset anyway
