S/o to all the Black moms in our network and all of America, leading so much of the organizing against police violence and anti-Black racism, including how it shows up in workplace and pay discrimination and the impacts of COVID-19. You deserve #equalpay & justice #MomsEqualPay

@nwlc for creating this informative report. We can no longer deny the harm being done when women do not get equal pay for equal work! Time for change ✊🏼✊🏼 https://t.co/0MMSpvTm0L
"June 4, 2020 is Moms’ Equal Pay Day—marking the amount of additional days that moms have to work to earn the same amount of money as the average U.S. dad earned last year." via @MsMagazine#WomeninResearch#EqualPay https://t.co/4CqVvXtviQ
Today is #EqualPayDay and we can’t forget the fact that women EACH lose an average of $10,000+ to the wage gap each year – the equivalent of several months of rent. Amidst the #COVID19 pandemic, too many families are scrambling to be able to pay rent tomorrow.
Asian American women get paid $0.90 to as low as $0.50 per dollar that white men make. The wage gap has consequences for our futures, families, and communities. #AAPIEqualPay#NotYourModelMinority
