Loudoun County Superintendent Aaron Spence’s evaluation is coming up. He is one of the highest paid Superintendent’s in the country — if not the highest paid. Taxpayers pay him more than half a million dollars a year with salary, bonuses, and perks. And he’ll get a big pay raise and bonus again if the school board simply rates him proficient.
