Perhaps not and perhaps that’s what it boils down to.
A track record of integrity, honesty and a true defender of Christian values in this Marxist/Humanistic minefield of politics South Africa faces daily.
The ACDP might not have been proven in outright governance but they have a story to tell.
The ACDP has a track record, although not being in positions of power, of consistently holding onto its core values and policies.
It’s the ONLY party that has a constitution that espouses true Judeo-Christian values.
A party that can be trusted where they are in coalition in various councils.
A party that’s been scandal free, although not perfect.
Public servants that have proven their salt over the years.
Etc. Etc.
As a South African I have been politically homeless. The @MYANC is a thief. The @Our_DA is a shape changing beaurocrat. The @EFFSouthAfrica is an extortionist for sale. The MK is a permanent family feud amongst foreign family members. The PA sings in the direction of donations. Don't get me started on BOSA and Rise.
As much as I would love to vote DA based on merit: on deeper investigation their policies resemble the American democrat party. They would "pride" our schools and bathrooms before you can say suicidal empathy. Their identity is tied to globalists, the WHO and the UN.
The only two parties I would vote for are parties that reflect our deeper Christian conservatives values and born in atleast one of our incredible identities as South Africans. The Zulus and Afrikaners. FFplus and IFP. They want to preserve our sovereignty, borders and reject foreign interference.
That's my current sentiment.
⚡️⚡️They promised us Medupi and Kusile would end load-shedding forever.
What we actually got was a R400 BILLION engineering and corruption disaster that STILL can’t deliver reliable power. All while the country paid the price in the dark.
I went through every receipt, every failure, every cover-up, and every ignored warning. The full forensic breakdown is here:

Tried to drop this (Part 1/8 of the mini docuseries) last night but Eskom decided my electricity needed “maintenance at the exact moment I hit post. Almost poetic.
If you weirdly prefer watching on YouTube over X, or instead of reading:

This one hits different.
Read it. Watch it. Share it.
The more people who see exactly how this was allowed to happen, the harder it becomes for them to keep pretending it was just “bad luck.”

You are right. Our limited understanding and comprehension cannot fathom the things of God.
That’s why it’s called FAITH.
Besides, He’s ways are not our ways … neither are His thoughts (Isa 55: 8)
‘For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.”
1 Corinthians 15:21
“For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.”
1 Corinthians 15:22
I had a pastor tell me a few weeks ago that religion has no place in politics.
I replied, “I realize you may not respect me or agree with me. No problem. Do you respect Charles Spurgeon?”
He responded, “Oh yes. I quote him in my sermons all the time!”
I sent him this Spurgeon quote for his next sermon:
“I often hear it said, ‘Do not bring religion into politics.’ This is precisely where it ought to be brought, and set there in the face of all men as on a candlestick.”
A lot of Christians think being nice is being good.
Mind you, the vast majority of the time, you should be kind and nice to other people. Treat them with respect.
But being nice in the face of evil is sinful cowardice, and the American church better buckle up for a bumpy ride.
For too long we’ve been more worried about how others perceive us than what God demands. Abortion made law? Gay curriculum in classroom? Drag queen story hour? Fear of offending Muslims who wouldn’t even attempt to respect you?
There is nothing “nice” about enabling bullies to push you around and allow evil to triumph. Yet generation after generation seems to think making others uncomfortable is the greatest of all sins.
Have you read Jesus’ 7 woes to the Pharisees? Have you heard him quote Jeremiah to the temple money changers (den of robbers)?
I don’t give a fiddler’s fart if you’re too afraid to speak the truth and get kicked out of your country club.
We have allowed far too much evil to triumph without much pushback because we must be nice more than we need to obey Christ.
I don’t know who read the bible or early church history and concluded that “we shouldn’t rock the boat”. People died for Christ just so your church could exist today. Saints throughout history kept the faith and likewise died because they threatened the ruling elites.
Who in the heck is afraid of offending American evangelicals? Catholics? Orthodox? Meanwhile, who is too afraid of the LGBTQ agenda?
If you want a nice and easy religion, try Scientology.
If you want to obey Jesus, prepare to make enemies, just like He said you will.
And if you’re too afraid to do it, get out of the way for those who will.

Your Allah is not my Allah.
There’s ONLY ONE GOD and HIM ONLY WE WILL SERVE. (Exod 20: 3)
He however also warned us about those that will come after Him ….
“Many false prophets will arise and will mislead many.”
Matthew 24:11
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

This International Pride Month, the ANC reaffirms its commitment to a non-sexist, inclusive and democratic South Africa where the dignity, rights and freedoms of all people are protected and respected.
United in our diversities, we continue to build a society where everyone has the right to be, belong and live free from discrimination.

🏳️🌈Happy Pride Month!🏳️🌈
Let us be encouraged and emboldened by the strength and resilience of the queer community.
We will continue to walk with and for you in the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights in NY-14 and across the globe 🏳️⚧️✨
“Why are you hateful Christians against pride month? Why can’t you just let people love one another?”
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.”
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 ESV
Each sin listed here, including homosexuality, is a grave sin and if we practice it unrepentantly, we will not see heaven. Homosexuality is far from the only sin; greed and theft are likewise damnable; but we live in a culture which celebrates homosexuality, not knowing or caring about Paul’s dire warning.
But remember; the message doesn’t end there.
“And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”
1 Corinthians 6:11 ESV
Early Christians used to practice homosexuality, too! The sin is not new, and it was prevalent in Greece. But thanks to the salvation of Jesus Christ, former gays were able to overcome this sin.
I know that some homophobes condemn gays no matter what, and they are likewise guilty of swindling (by lying about the bible). If they refuse to repent of this, they will likewise perish for their hatred and deception of gays.
But the bible is NOT a homophobic text.
The message is that God LOVES gays, even in their sin, and wants them to repent and return to Him. Jesus died on the cross to forgive the sins of all, homosexuality included, because gay people can become whole again in Christ.
It because we LOVE gays that we share this message. I want to see heaven full of the faithful, washed of their former sins. There is hope in Jesus Christ for all, and gays are not an exception.
It’s because I love gays that I want them to know both the severity of their sin but also the hope in Christ to overcome it. I refuse to lie and tell them that this sin is acceptable, but I don’t hate them, because I was just as lost. Read that list again; heterosexual sin is just as damning. Gays aren’t the only people who need to change and return to Jesus.
But I would tell any homosexual that today is the day of your salvation. You have hope in Christ, hope we don’t even deserve, just because He loved you. He is proud of you, of the saint you can be, and you matter.
I am sorry that some professing Christians treated you horribly. It was wrong. If they can’t love you they can’t understand your struggle. I can’t relate to homosexuality, but I can relate to sin, and I’ve done plenty enough to say I am no better than you.
All I know is that exit ramp. And I pray that you may one day find peace in Jesus.
That’s something to really be proud of.
Today marks the beginning of what some call Pride Month.
For Christians, we celebrate today like we do every day - that this is the day the Lord has made, so let us rejoice and be glad in it.
When we see the acronym LGBTQ, we don’t see sexual identities to celebrate, we see image-bearers of God who are doing what’s right in their own eyes and need the kind of love that points to Jesus and His truth.
The truth is God made us male and female so that a man can leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.
God IS love and He has the authority to define it. He calls homosexuality a sin, and holy marriage between a man and woman very good. The most loving thing we can do is agree with God.
We can’t love others by affirming sin. This is my response to why we don’t celebrate Pride Month:
