@gharkekalesh This is a fake propaganda. To check the machine it has to be put in the “testing mode”.The lady attendants were doing the same. The process can be verified by IOCL officials.
The customer while hurling abuses threatened to slap the lady attendants which was unwarranted & unlawful

Reduction in VAT in many states are automatic. VAT is ad valorem & charged on the basic price (including central excise, etc). C Excise was cut on Sat. Hence, VAT is automatically reduced in states depending on VAT rates they hv. #PetrolDieselPriceCut #PetrolDieselPrice
