They are now crowdfunding, having received no support from the accused’s family.

Meanwhile, the accused is out on bail. The case drags on with long adjournments, and according to a post in r/jammu, the High Court has interim-stayed proceedings under Section 109 (attempt to murder), though I couldn't independently verify this.

What should have been an open-and-shut case will be dragged out for years. Once public memory fades and the family loses the spirit to fight, which they already have, the accused will walk away without consequences.

There was a Time when Sons of High Court Judges and Sons of IAS Officers used to Become Officers in Indian Armed Forces. One would easily found boys with names like Chhaterjee, Mukherjee the Meritorious boys coming from excellent Family Backgrounds and Top Schools of Calcutta, boys from Lawrence School, Sanwar, Mayo College, Sherwood College, Welham Boys' School in the list of NDA. Then Political and Bureaucratic Conspiracy took place amongst all Political Parties and Bureaucracy to Degrade the Armed Forces, increase the Number of Women Officers and do all sorts of Activism and Political Experiments with the Armed Forces. The Political and Bureaucratic class saw Army as a Threat with Typical Nehruvian Mindset, the Bureaucracy needed just an Opportunity to spook the Political Parties and they did this Every time and it was inculcated within the minds of the Political Dispensation and Across the Political Party lines that if the Armed Forces Continues to get such Crème de la crème manpower like those Coming from Powerful Family Background and having class and High standards and being meritorious, people who left IIT and MBBS seats and joined National Defence Academy, TES Entry and Indian Naval Academy after 10+2 and boys from Prestigious Engineering colleges and Colleges of DU like St Stephen’s Hindu College joining the Army through UES Entry Scheme and CDS joining the Army the Army Would Continue to grow and become a Powerful institution and there would be a Time that the Institution of the Armed Forces would Grow rapidly and people of the Country would start looking at the Armed Forces specially the Army as a Possible Alternative to the Civilian Government and the Bureaucracy.
Hence they decided to degrade the Armed Forces by various means and various ways, directives were made to not select boys coming from Good and Powerful Background despite them being Meritorious, Boys from Poor background by lowering the standards and facilitating them from the backdoor were given ample opportunities by sidelining and Neglecting the boys from good or at least Decent family backgrounds despite being meritorious and all this was happening in the name of Increasing Representation. When the Standards of Manpower got affected and people in Higher echelons understood that in Future there will be no one in Junior Ranks to Continue the Fight ahead as all these will be gullible to Political class and the Bureaucracy hence they also gave up and since then the Bureaucracy of this Country and the brainless Political Class has been degrading the Standards of the Armed Forces taking them for granted.

पेट्रोल में 20% एथेनॉल (E20) मिश्रण नीति को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका (PIL) दायर की गई है. इसमें अनिवार्य ���ूप से पेट्रोलियम उपभोक्ताओं को जागरूक करने, ईंधन वितरण में नोजल पर इथेनॉल प्रतिशत प्रदर्शित करने और पुरानी गाड़ियों के लिए सादे पेट्रोल का विकल्प देने की मांग की गई है.सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका अधिवक्ता नरेंद्र मिश्रा ने दायर की है.

इस याचिका में कहा गया है कि हर पेट्रोल पंप पर ईंधन के नोजल और रसीद (बिल) पर स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा होना चाहिए कि ईंधन में कितने प्रतिशत एथेनॉल मिश्रित है. याचिकाकर्���ा के अनुसार, बिना जानकारी के ईथेनॉल-मिश्रित पेट्रोल (विशेषकर E20) बेचना उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकारों का हनन है, क्योंकि कई पुराने वाहन इसके लिए अनुकूल नहीं हैं.

Mind-blowing level of scam, if these allegations are true.

Scam as reported by Dainik Bhaskar

- Government bought fortified rice at ₹4,000/quintal.

- The same rice was allegedly sold to ethanol plants for ₹2,320/quintal.

- Ethanol plants resold it to rice mills for ₹2,800/quintal.

- Instead of using fortified rice, they allegedly bought broken rice at ₹2,100/quintal for ethanol production. Net profit at ₹700/quintal

- Rice mills allegedly returned the same fortified rice to the government as “freshly milled” stock.

Meanwhile, the original paddy was allegedly sold in the open market for profit. Reportedly, 50 lakh quintals of government rice were involved.

Estimated scam amount, according to the report: ₹1,160 crore.

What do soldiers have to go through because of bureaucracy that you will never see in the news?

Army gives a fixed 10,000 uniform allowance and fixed rates for moving luggage. But when it comes to soldiers' travel, all rules change.

Govt travel companies charge higher fares, costing taxpayers more money, while private cos running DTS keep benefiting.

Look at the screenshots, after travelling, soldiers are forced to submit multiple documents to prove their journey or face deductions from their salary. Many officers wait months for refunds, and there are even complaints of touts at PCDA Pune demanding 5–10% to get claims cleared.

This is the reality of #DTS and #PCDA. If the system treats soldiers like this, what message does it send about how much their service is valued?
