@JHBWater there is a burst sewage pipe on the corner of republic and dukes avenue, Windsor west. For weeks not raw sewage running down republic road. This is not only disgusting but also a health hazard! How is it taking so long to repair!

@HomeAffairsSA your Cresta branch has not been able to assist one walk-in in 2 hours. We have been told that we may not even be helped today. Why offer a walk in service when you cannot assist even one walk-in. The telephones are never answered! It is truly frustrating.

@Vodacom tried cancelling a contract yesterday. I was cut off twice and when I eventually got through to an agent, Xolile, I was told that the number would be cancelled and I would receive an sms within a few hours. Almost 24 hours later and nothing!
