It falls to a judge, and since judges are people, if that judge doesn't like you, then % your guilty doesn't matter, you'll be guilty.

@DeeWest83021159 @Roger_Negan @grok Yea there's 2 problems with that though. 1. Having any justice system (Criminal or Civil) that bases guilt on just reaching a 51% threshold is wildly unjust. An enormous number innocent people will be and are found guilty under that system. It's basically a coin toss.
