@SouthwestAir Let's start with flight #5505 on April 9th from EWR to AUS. Delayed an hour+, sat on the tarmac for ONE HOUR before we finally took off. Missed my connecting flight from Austin to San Diego by 20. yes 20 minutes and was forced to stay overnight in Austin
