@VirginAtlantic I will never ever fly with Virgin again! We still await a call back for our complaint on our flight back from Florida and it has gone over the 21 days!!! We had no tv on our 8 hour flight and the seats were unclean! You would expect it on a budget airline!!

How ridiculous that HSBC are unable to confirm someone’s ID over the phone with all relevant questions being answered and instead are forcing someone who is shielding to go into a branch with a passport when they have banked with them for 20 years !! Makes no sense !!
