@HomeLoansByHDFC tired of dropping same mail again and again. No response from customer service.
When I request for prepayment of day 1 randomly on day4 some will respond at 4-5 PM that they have enabled the portal only till that day 12 Am. It doesn’t even give you 1business day

The team goes back and forth on commitment and has been truly unprofessional.
Will not recommend it to anyone in my community and circle.
