@GrimGrimPixie Whereas moving to a new position, new environment could be the change you need to get you on track or at the very least out of a stagnant & unhappy place, where you can begin to shine. Probation period is also not a dismiss for any reason period the same rules apply as normal.

@GrimGrimPixie I'd say it takes more courage to stay in a position you feel unhappy in thinking that it provides more security, when unhappy your performance and willingness will inevitably drop over time and that provides a measurement for eventual dismissal.
