@Telekom_hilft Ist es normal, dass eure Chatmitarbeiter den Chat einfach schließen, bevor das Anliegen vollständig geklärt ist? Ich habe nicht mal meinen Satz abschließen können nach der 1. Antwort des Mitarbeiters, schon wurde ich aus dem Chat geworfen.
