🚨 BREAKING: ICE secretly deported Luis Leon, an 82-year-old torture survivor and U.S. legal resident of nearly 40 years, after he walked into an immigration office to replace a lost green card.

Instead of processing the request, ICE handcuffed him, detained his wife for 10 hours, and later told the family; through a fake “lawyer,” that he was dead.

Turns out, ICE quietly transferred him through a Minnesota detention center and dumped him in Guatemala, a country he has zero ties to. There’s no deportation paperwork, no public record. His family only found him alive after relatives in Chile tracked him to a Guatemalan hospital.

Leon suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart issues. The DOJ is now under fire, but this is the Trump-era immigration machine still in motion—cruel, unaccountable, and lawless.

If they can disappear an elderly, law-abiding U.S. resident…

BREAKING: Donald Trump goes full authoritarian and demands that a federal judge advance his lawsuit against legendary journalist Bob Woodward for publishing audio tape interviews with Trump for his 2020 book.

This is utterly outrageous...

The case has been stalled for months as the judge has been weighing a bid to dismiss the suit. Trump is now aggressively pushing for movement on the case, emboldened by his election victory.

"Since President Trump’s decisive victory resulting him being due to become the 47th President of the United States, there has been a renewed accountability among those who violated his rights over the last four years," Trump attorney Robert Garson wrote in an absurd letter.

The letter went on to engage in little better than outrough extortion, as it noted that ABC News and George Stephanopoulos recently apologized and coughed up $15 million for Trump's presidential library to settle a defamation suit.

"President Trump is hopeful that the Defendants in this case follow Mr. Stephanopoulos’ expression of contrition," the letter reads.

This chilling news comes shortly after Trump told reporters that he plans on carrying out a war of litigation against media figures and organizations that have treated him "unfairly."

Trump won the election and the revenge tour has already begun. Stay strong.
