There has been a glitch in the AI ​​moderation system called Enforcement Bans, which has resulted in thousands of bans this week
This issue requires urgent fixing, as literally every day, thousands of innocent developers who have spent years and untold fortunes on this platform are banned, only to subsequently receive an unfair ban that they can't even appeal. The situation is simply horrific; many are now simply losing their accounts for no apparent reason due to the AI ​​glitch.

The problem itself began much earlier, even before this ban wave, in October 2025, and continues to this day. This is most likely caused by the system incorrectly recognizing the public IP address provided by public Wi-Fi! Because of this, people are being incorrectly banned. This has affected many people who used public Wi-Fi in a public place and then received an erroneous permanent ban for linking to an unknown account. Also, due to a glitch, not everyone sees a violation in the Violations & Appeals window, although it should appear for everyone banned for an alt account. My account @tiffikan was also affected by the first wave of EF bans on March 3rd and is still unfairly banned, which I can't even appeal due to a website error!

A shared IP on a public network shouldn't result in everyone being banned from that network. People are banned for connecting to other accounts, for logging into regular public networks found everywhere in public places (schools, colleges, hospitals, cafes, hotels). These places allow people to use public networks, and if someone on that network gets banned, the system bans everyone on it. This shouldn't be the case. Teach the system to understand that a user with the same IP could simply be using a public network in a public place and shouldn't suffer for someone else's account. Teach the system to understand this! Add instant appeals for enforcement bans. Thousands of people can't get their accounts back after being erroneously banned due to bots. Also, for 50% of banned users, the Violations & Appeals window simply doesn't exist due to a glitch in the ban process. Support constantly redirects them to a non-existent window, leaving players trapped in a vicious cycle and unable to appeal the decision!

My account @tiffikan has been erroneously banned for 6 months now. This is why I haven't seen the appeals window on the V&A page, and my support emails just won't go through. Please return my mistakenly banned account. I've been creating and developing projects in the studio on this platform for over 10 years, and as a result, I was banned for absolutely nothing and lost everything because of an error!

Enforcement bans are a systemic glitch that began back in October 2025 and continue to this day, banning numerous developers and regular players in waves almost daily. This is due to a system error that incorrectly recognizes links between accounts, and links people who never had alts to other accounts, mistakenly considering them to be the affected player's alts.

I'm all for strict moderation, but in this case, a massive glitch occurred due to which the system incorrectly recognizes players' IP addresses and creates incorrect links between accounts. This issue has been discussed in dozens of Devforum posts, where many renowned developers who have been promoting your platform for years have been mistakenly banned. But the worst part is that after an erroneous ban, affected players find themselves in a vicious support loop, due to an unknown error affecting almost every second player. If a player receives an erroneous ban, the Violations & Appeals page doesn't display an appeal window, even though it's intended for the ban type (moderated for an alt account). If a player experiences this error, they find themselves in a vicious cycle. When contacting Roblox support, moderators ask them to directly appeal the decision through the V&A page, but the player can't do so due to the error. When explaining the situation, the moderators, without understanding anything, still ask them to go to this page.

The problem with these bans is absolutely terrible, as players who have done nothing and spent decades on the platform can receive this erroneous ban without the ability to appeal it. I am one of these people. My account @tiffikan was also mistakenly banned for this reason and hasn't been reinstated yet. As a result, I haven't been able to access the studio for 6 months due to the error. It's just awful!

My Roblox account was permanently banned after I appealed a warning I believe was incorrect. I accepted the warning and was unbanned, but the appeal changed it to a permanent ban. I was about to do my first DevEx and may lose $ 2k+ USD. Please review my ban. @Roblox @robloxdevrel

@UVDev12 U will be able to get it back. What I did to get a human to review my case was to ask to speak to a supervisor and a human was able to verify my ownership though the email and get my account back.

@UVDev12 @Roblox Bro happened to me 3 days ago as well. Luckily got the account back and secured however they had said bad things on my account and got me permanently banned. Hopefully appeals does something about this.

@aloofistprojs Make sure hackers didn’t upload anything and or say anything bad. My account was hacked as well a couple days ago and I was able to get it back and secure the day of. However today, I was banned for some vulgar things the hackers said on my account.

The things the hacker said seemed to be happening to so many others. I had sent an appeal and I pray that everything goes back to normal and Roblox is able to unban me.
