A capybara escaped a zoo in England one day after she arrived, and nearly three months on she is still out there.

A capybara is the world’s largest rodent, basically a calm guinea pig the size of a big dog. This one, Samba, slipped out of her pen at Marwell Zoo in March, just after arriving with a second capybara called Tango. Tango was caught quickly, but Samba was not, and has lived along the local rivers since, which suits her, as capybaras are strong swimmers.

The zoo has tried thermal drones, camera traps and melon-baited traps, and she keeps getting away. She is a local legend now, with people sharing AI fakes of her on a bike in a flat cap, and someone has painted a mural of her

Sturgeon - Kuenssberg. This is strange for a number of reasons. Sturgeon's father-in-law died aged 86 in 2019. (No evidence of Sturgeon being at the funeral) Sturgeon's mum-in-law was 92 when the motorhome was repossessed. She quotes that they were in their mid-80's. You'd know if your mum-in-law was 90 ffs. She never saw it, she's seen pictures of it later in the papers and made the rest of the story up.
