Everyone’s talking about the World Cup & I’m thinking about how to solve the youth unemployment crisis! Sports in moderation is a great break from reality. Mad scientist use the world as a giant experiment, while Governments fund them and Big corporations make the money while posing as saviors for the “problems” that the mad scientist have created and give the financial kickbacks to government officials that continue to fund the scientist. It’s a scientific flywheel and WE are the guinea pigs without our consent.
Nigeria, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Togo, and Benin. Many which kicked France out so, it’ll be interesting to hear why they are attending this summit & how France plans to reposition itself on the continent.
This summit taking place in Kenya should be made public. The talking points. Proposed terms of engagement & agreed terms. We are done with the photos of coming off of private planes, standing next to flags, signings & dinners.
We need to get as serious about our geopolitics as people get about who is going to win the championship league. We are not serious enough to demand change.
