Stephen Siller, 34, an FDNY firefighter, had finished his shift and was driving home to his wife and five children when he heard a plane had hit the World Trade Center. He turned around.
The Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel was blocked, so he left his car, put on nearly 60 pounds of gear, and ran through it on foot. He reached the towers, went in with other firefighters, and was killed when the South Tower collapsed.

EXCLUSIVE: 9/11 Missing Link

A Syrian national who played a critical support role for the 9/11 hijackers was a top tier target for investigators, according to declassified government records, but no reference can be found in the 9/11 Commission Report.

...Even after two seasoned 9/11 investigators raised the alarm about the Syrian with Commission investigators.

Daoud Chehazeh arrived in the US from Saudi Arabia in July 2000 and settled in Paterson, New Jersey.

In the crucial months leading up to the terrorist attacks, working with his Jordanian roommate Eyad Rebabah, the men moved to Virginia in March 2001 where they assisted multiple hijackers with housing and transportation.

Chehazeh was directly connected to the American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki who played a key role in the hijackers’ domestic support network on both the West and East coasts. 

Awlaki later became a senior Al-Qaeda leader, was the first American targeted for death by the CIA and killed in a 2011 CIA drone strike.

A new investigation on @X articles by former colleague @browne_pamela raises questions about how Chehazeh was able to stay in the US for years after the 9/11 attacks. Chehazeh was never charged with a crime.

Browne reports her weeks-long effort to reach Chehazeh for comment via phone, email and through his former lawyers were unsuccessful.

In their lawsuit against Saudi Arabia, the 9/11 families have received more vital evidence from British Authorities than the US government about the alleged role of Saudi Government employees.

The 9/11 families have been seeking a meeting @realDonaldTrump since June because they say President Trump is in a unique position to get resolution.

In response to the federal judge’s decision to let the 9/11 case move forward, a spokeswoman for the Saudi Embassy in Washington D.C. provided a statement:

“Saudi Arabia is reviewing Judge Daniel’s decision finding a basis for jurisdiction over Saudi Arabia in the litigation arising from the September 11 terrorist attacks. Saudi Arabia respectfully disagrees with the decision, believes it has solid grounds for appeal, and intends to pursue such an appeal.

We note that the decision is limited to the issue of jurisdiction and does not decide the merits of Plaintiffs’ claims against SaudiArabia, claims that Saudi Arabia categorically denies.”

🚨SUED FOR READING THE RECORDS?!🚨

TEXAS - Rachel Hale, Conservative County Chair for Rusk Co, asked how public money was being spent. Now she’s defending a seven-figure lawsuit.

On August 28, 2026, a lawsuit was filed in the 4th Judicial District Court of Rusk County against Rachel Sawyer Hale.

The plaintiff, Bret Gardella, is the executive director of Henderson’s taxpayer-funded economic development corporation. He is seeking monetary relief in excess of $1 million from Rachel personally.

So what did Rachel do?

She talked.

She read public records.

She asked questions.

She made public posts and a video about what those records showed regarding a public entity and the spending of public money.

The lawsuit’s own exhibits include Rachel’s posts and video, and the petition acknowledges that she was working from open-records documents.

She asked questions citizens should be able to ask: Where did the money go? Who approved it? What did taxpayers receive? And why shouldn’t the public be allowed to know? And that’s what makes this bigger than Rachel.

Because if exercising your First Amendment right to speak about your government can result in a government employee suing you personally for more than $1 million, every one of us should be paying attention.

The First Amendment protects our right to speak. It protects our right to petition our government.

And Americans have the constitutional right to redress their government to question it, criticize it, demand answers and ask how their tax dollars are being spent.

Those rights don’t mean much if exercising them comes with a price tag so enormous that ordinary citizens become afraid to use them.

Today it is Rachel. Tomorrow it could be you.

Maybe you file an open-records request.

Maybe you speak at a city council meeting.

Maybe you question a government contract.

Maybe you post documents showing how your tax dollars are being spent.

Or maybe you simply ask a question someone in power doesn’t like.

If the consequence can be a million-dollar lawsuit against you personally, then lawfare isn’t some distant political talking point. It’s knocking on the doorstep of ordinary citizens.

And that should concern every Texan regardless of political party.

Rachel has retained counsel and intends to fight this case but the legal bills don’t wait for the judge.

There are attorneys to pay, filings and hearings to prepare for, evidence to organize, court costs and potentially appeals.

Rachel should not have to choose between defending her constitutional rights and being financially destroyed for exercising them.

Every dollar raised will go toward attorney’s fees, court costs, and the work necessary to put the evidence before the court.

We’re asking because Rachel is a citizen.

A citizen who believed the public had a right to see public records and ask questions about public money.

A citizen who exercised her right to speak, to question her government, and to seek answers.

A citizen who is now facing a lawsuit seeking more than $1 million personally.
