@BestBuy you have once again failed to meet a scheduled pickup date. You have failed to keep a delivery schedule multiple times for me and so I tried to pickup today as scheduled and the dishwasher never even got on the truck. No confidence anymore in best buy

My delivery and got a time and everything. Well the hoses show up but no washer!!!!!!!!!!! This is actually making me look elsewhere!! Should not be this hard!

@BestBuy ordered washing machine for delivery last week was told unit damaged and could not be delivered, now blaming hurricane. A week later same issue with not being able to deliver now blaming back order. Support was suppose to have mgr call me and that is not happening

@Marriott having a horrible stay at the Marriott courtyard East Memphis, wifi did not work yesterday, when I approached the front desk I was given a small strip of paper to call support. I have been hung up on in the cue the 1st time I am now 18 minutes with no resolution.
