Santa Fe Dr. between Florida Ave. and Evans Ave. has reopened ahead of schedule. The closure that started Sat., July 11, was required for the safe installation of two bridge spans for a new bike and pedestrian bridge over Santa Fe at W. Jewell Ave. that'll open in 2027.

Denver will close Santa Fe Drive in both directions between Evans and Florida Aves from 12 a.m. Sat, July 11, through 5 a.m. Mon. July 13 to install the main spans for a new bike and pedestrian bridge at West Jewell Ave. Drivers are urged to plan another route.
