This applies to only those solar sytems where the inverter is hybrid.
A hybrid can use both solar & the grid to complement or to back each other up.
The problem is that unchecked solar feeding back to the grid:-
1) Destabilizes the grid's frequency leading to power blackouts
2) Can electrocute KPLC techies working on power lines that have been shut off for maintenance.
