It’s a game of smoke and mirrors, and they play it well. But let’s be clear—what they are doing is not activism. It is economic sabotage masquerading as patriotism, and it teeters dangerously on the edge of treason.

If this administration had any backbone, it would hammer down on these efforts with the full force of the law. Because at some point, undermining national stability in the name of self-preservation stops being rhetoric and starts being sedition. And yet, they fail to see the irony—they are the top beneficiaries of this economy, and the very system they are destabilizing is the one that keeps their businesses thriving.

But here’s where it gets truly poetic. The global stage is shifting. Trump will look at South Africa with the same cold, transactional eyes he is being manipulated to wear when viewing South Africa. The moment he decides AGOA is no longer worth it, the very businesses AfriForum claims to protect will find themselves on the chopping block. The exporters, the manufacturers, the agricultural giants who rely on American markets—their livelihoods will be the first to crumble.

And who will they blame then? The government they spent years trying to discredit? The “woke globalists” they so often scorn? Or will they finally look in the mirror and realize that their own shortsighted crusade against reality led them to ruin?
