The election was decided on April 20th. Last day to register Republican in KY. Closed Primary. Too late the register. Voters are boomers, Zio- Evangelicals. MAGA, low info TV / talk radio, vets older than 50 (Desert Storm and before). SAVE Act paused on purpose for this reason.

Ed didn't need to debate because they know the make up the district and who is registered. Trump needed "any warm body, from Central Casting" They got him locked in last month.
