Discord's automated bots closed EVERY SINGLE ONE as "Solved" without a real human agent ever reading them! How can they claim they "investigated" when it's all automated closures?

@discord_support I was banned on the morning of the 4th during that bug with the auto moderation misdetecting certain things and I still have not been unbanned. I thought you said everyone who account affected last weekend was reinstated?
