@illjoy_ - i agree that secual violence and misogyny are in poor taste in horror (i really disliked The Devils Rejects for that) however showing it to shock the audience doesn't always means its endorsed by it. Because you could argue the same about literally every other movie ever made

- the director himself said there was no "commentary" thought for the movie, let alone a feminist one.
- a horror movie always needs shock value otherwise its tame, the fact that you admit that you wouldn't feel the same if it was a mans body shows why its necessary
