You can see that orihime already has weird arm length, if they had to work around her breasts it would be even weirder. They can do weird shit, or just make her breasts smaller like she originally had.

A bigger model would be unfair to whoever uses it, all models must be as similar to each other as possible in all sizes. Bigger model = more visible and easier to shoot at.
