I made a no-code AI pipeline builder in 2 weeks.

You can build your own ai workflow without writing any code. Just drag and drop nodes and connect them to make your custom ai workflow.

Right now it only got limited functionalities, but in short future you can expect nodes that can do:

12 months ago, @himtkw and I graduated from college and started https://t.co/6cj61baBVR.

Till today, we spent thousands of $$$ and made $0.

Here’s what happened.

We launched Depths in July, this is the metrics between July to Dec 2023:

🎉 5k registered users
🤯 Launched 2 challenges and gained ~2 million social media impression
📈 ~500 average WAU

The numbers are not bad. But we invested a lot of cost (time and $) in developing, launching and maintaining the community, all without a clear monetisation approach.

The original master plan was to grow the f**k out of the DAU and find ad customers. But our volume is no way close to a B2B ad deal. (It was not a smart plan 😅)

So we ain't making any money.

Things were tough. You burnout and doubt yourself. You fall into the ‘founder spiral’ coined by @FarzaTV.

Things need to change.

The Changes

Peter and I had a meeting in the final week of 2023, and decided to change the work model and funnel from <building → growing user base → monetising> to <monetising → building → growing>

And based on that, we came up with 3 action plans in this month:

1. We will launch a redesigned version of https://t.co/6cj61baBVR with a freemium model 💰
2. We will launch https://t.co/4MVAMQnxjf (our fullstack software studio) for external projects 📐
3. We will launch a new product MVP (stay tuned) 🚢

I will be posting about the above plans as they unfold. We’re now actively working on 1. and will have some existing teasers available soon.

Myself & I

And personally as a human being, 2023 was a year of generalist - things were between exploring, making, thinking, marketing, building and running a company.

In 2024 I want to focus more on honing my design skills and building great products. Cause design is my deepest passion.

Also I will be more active on Twitter to share design works and our indie hacking journey, and make more connections and hop on calls with like-minded ppl.

Lastly, thank you to all friends I made and talked to in 2023. It was a pleasure knowing you and I’m glad to be part of your journey. Let’s crush it together in 2024. 🤙
