Dont get me wrong i sometimes still look at parts of myself and hate them, but looking back around only 2 years i actively wanted to rip my skin off regularly and would scrub myself in the shower till my skin was red and sore and refuse myself nutrious food often

Biggest achievment of mine, is that i feel comfortable in my body most of the time and accept that i look good in well fitting clothes
