@John_Doe_GvlSC His maximum sentence is 200 years because if convicted on all charges, the judge could give him 20 years for each of his 10 counts. The statutory minimum is five and his statutory maximum is 200.

I prosecuted child crimes. Charges against Rep. RJ May are serious. Innocent until proven guilty—but if convicted, Federal Guidelines suggest 17-21 yrs (plea), 24-30 yrs (trial). Statutory min. of 5 yrs, max of 200 yrs.
