I believe it is the greatest country in the world. The people, the opportunities,the beauty, the resources, and the bold rebellious DNA in it. I love my country like I love my family.

That’s said- I loathe the government from local and state to federal. It reeks of corruption on every single level. We need a hard reset, and I personally believe we will get one as the 4th turning grabs another gear over the next several years.

Highly recommend the book “The Oxygen Advantage.” One our Jiu Jitsu professors asked after a hard round “Who knows how to breathe?” Obviously ever said they did until he explained the difference. He then went on to tell us about the book. Easy to read read with simple breath exercises.
