@Jay_Hate @AmericanAir Me either, worst experience I have ever had. Extremely rude employees and kept hiding behind the weather excuse. The weather didn't separate my family of 5 (with three kids under 7) on a plane during a diversion. @AmericanAir did.

@ChrisSc41516960 @AmericanAir I was there also. It would not have been so bad had the reps been respectful or kind. They were rude and awful, even talking bad about me in spanish, directly in front of me.

@AmericanAir The weather didn't separate small children from their parents. @AmericanAir needs to make this right and fix their mistake. Too bad they could care less about their customers.

@AmericanAir During a diversion, my families seats were taken and scattered throughout the plane, separating my kids (2 4 7) from my wife and I. This is unacceptable and took over an hour to fix. When a partial refund was requested, I was told no because it was due to weather.
