38 kg of suspected fentanyl seized following an 11-month intelligence-led drug trafficking investigation in southwestern #Ontario. Fifteen individuals face 140 charges combined.

Launched in July 2024, Project Golden was a London OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (#OPPOCEB) intelligence-led initiative, with collaboration from the Norfolk County #OPPStreetCrime Unit, investigating drug trafficking activity in southwestern Ontario.

In November 2024, due to the multi-jurisdictional scope of the drug network and the large volume of drugs involved, the investigation was assumed by #OPPOCEB, the OPP-led Provincial Guns and Gangs Enforcement Team, the Provincial Asset Forfeiture Unit and the @HamiltonPolice, with support from the @RCMPGRCpolice.
