Some will say I will be long gone by then but what about your kids? Won't they be alive? What about the children of kids? Won't they be alive too? If the  government wants a property owner to have full access to his property it should be unlimited not just 99 years..

Lastly what most people don't know...

Do you know that C of O is valid for 99 years meaning that even with the C of O, a  property owner doesn't have the absolute right for his property being owned. Note:  After 99 years the document will be invalid and you know what it means..

5) With C of O it is easy to get a loan from the bank, a C of O is often required. Buyers and banks usually ask for it before closing any deal

6) It reduces the risk of sudden demolition or eviction from the government
