@AmazonHelp Hi, have I wrongly assumed that the shark hoover which was half price yesterday was for 1 day only? I assumed it was a prime day deal so lasted 2 days? Went to buy it and its not there.

@AmazonHelp This says to me that you have no clue where the package is or if it will even arrive.

This is not 'tracking info'. Tracking today can tell you how many metres the parcel is from your house and a pretty accurate ETA.

@AmazonHelp Its not inconvenience its a loss of revenue as I cannot stream. Dont see he point in having 'Prime' which boasts of next day delivery when I you can't fulfil a delivery in 3 days and this is coming from a 12 year customer with 4 years+ being Prime.
