Things going from bad to worse at infamous Re-turn scheme.
A sitting FG councillor has been hired by Re-turn to lobby the FG Minister responsible for the Scheme.
This is a shocking conflict of interests. FG on both sides of the equation.

Re-Turn:
Bin raiding is now a primary source of litter across Dublin, costing taxpayers an extra €500k+.
Medical experts have called for the introduction of “infection-control measures” because bottles are toxic.
Shops are being charged 2.2c per container. This fee is set to rise.
Meanwhile ReTurn sits on €100m cash.
5 key Management paid €1.1million.
12 Non-Executive directors share €600k
PR Budge: €4.6million
Operation Support: €1.4million
Office & Admin: €1.8million
IT costs: €2.8million
What is “operation support”??
On top of all this the board decided they needed to start a lobbying campaign to get VAT tax exemptions.
So they hired a Fine Gael councillor to lobby Fine Gael Ministers.
Take a minute to think about all of this.
This is quintessential Ireland 2026.
We are living through a lost decade of abundant wealth and surplus.
No new roads.
No public transport.
No schools, teachers, houses
Instead we get ReTurn.
We get ReThink, IHREC, IPAS, SEIC, Coimisiún na Meán & hundreds of NGOs
None of these entities are innovating or creating real productive employment.
American capitalism is fuelling Irish socialism.
Ireland: 'Fuel prices are making life impossible, can you temporarily reduce tax?'
Irish Government: 'No worries - we'll give Ukraine another €40 million of your money.'
Ireland: '...'
Irish Government: 'Glad that's sorted! We're off on holiday 🥰'

🗣️"He smiled directly into my face as he cut Malika’s throat."
Muhammad Al Shaker Al Tamimi was convicted of attempted rape in the UK, and then breezed into Ireland without so much as a care in the world to murder his own daughter.
Al Tamimi also attempted to claim asylum in Ireland even though he lived safely in the UK for years.
We are mass importing evil.
Thanks Paschal
Ireland has among the highest electricity prices in the EU
Close to 300,000 households are in some form of arrears on their electricity bills, in the three months to September.
When it comes to gas, there were 180,000 domestic customers in arrears in the three months to September.
Ireland had the second most expensive food prices in the Eurozone last year
Irish rents rise by 115% since 2010, more than four times EU average
Ireland's house prices are significantly higher than the EU average
An asylum seeker has been charged with the sexual assault of a 10 year old girl in the care Tusla.
Both Tusla & IPAS are in chaos.
How do Tusla lose a 10 year old girl?
Why does the government allow asylum seekers with deportation orders against them, remain in Ireland?
Ireland is projected to spend approximately €3.5B Euro on asylum accommodation and related services in 2026.
In comparison, last year the United Kingdom spend an equivalent of approximately €6.2B of the same.
British tax payer - about €90 per.
Irish tax payer - about €650 per.
Irish tax payers shoulder seven times the burden of our British counterpart.
Our state spends more on asylum seekers per capita than another that has a population larger by a magnitude of thirteen times!
And nominally, despite our population being only about 7.5% of theirs and our GDP only being 13.5%, our sum spent on asylum seekers is astoundingly about 60%!
The UK GDP% spent on asylum seekers and related services last year was about 0.17.
Ours next year will be about 0.6!
THREE AND A HALF TIMES MORE!!!
In the last four years, the number of IPAS centres in Ireland has gone from 45 to 320!
Between 60-85% of asylum seekers in Ireland during this period were found to not have sufficient accompanying documentation!
MY PEOPLE, HOW MUCH ARE WE GOING TO TAKE?
Go raibh mile maith agat. 💚🇮🇪☘️
🚨Merrion House Gets Green Light:
Why are our elected politicians incapable of pushing pack against million euro IPAS contracts? …which in this case have been awarded to an actual billionaire, Eamon Waters.
Ironically, Waters made his fortune through the privatisation of bin collections… something Labour and “the left” still claim to be totally against.
How is nobody pointing out that this building & site was supposed to be developed into 500 apartments and homes? …. but because of red tape & planning laws, it is set to be IPAS for foreseeable future.
Why is nobody making the argument that Student Accommodation be given the same “emergency” planning exemptions & resources as asylum centres…. this site is set to house 622 people in 143 rooms, ideal for students.
We are being told it will be for families. Where are the crèches?
Where are the schools?
Where are the teachers?
I want to be crystal clear, the only people to blame here are policy makers. Because this is the most ill-thought out, short-sighted “fix” that only enriches a tycoon and divides a community.
Good Job 👍
