@Lowes I paid $16,000 for storm windows (170 mph) in May. My Lowes (Satellite Beach, FL) has had the windows for a month. Lowes didn't apply for a permit or attempt to schedule installation. Now a hurricane is coming. Lowes basically said tough. Hope the hurricane misses me.
