Thank you to the very nice lady and man at the Belfast Easy Jet airport for working out how to get this mind master back home despite losing his passport.
Love to all from Canterbury, where I’m doing Only Human at the Marlowe. There’s an especially delightful Oxfam bookshop on the high street. Currently full of especially delightful bookish misfits. What a lovely city.
Thank you! No-spoiler review to whet and urge. Here in Bradford all week. Tix at https://t.co/FU4gw1j7Fg

Took my camera out after a long break. A gorgeous murmuration last night over Eastbourne pier. Here all week with Only Human and there are tickets left. Love from the seaside.

After the last night of Showman, when everyone had left, I performed the ring-on-glass effect for the final time, for myself, with my Dad’s wedding ring. I’ve kept it, linked onto on the glass, ever since. Gotta break it today so I can get the ring resized to wear. Big day.
Shout out to this person on eBay. I think ‘one million pounds’ has a nice ring to it.

I see that my Confessions of a Conjuror is on a ninety-nine pee Kindle deal this month. Ninety-nine! Perhaps a nice Christmas gift for a least-loved friend or relative. https://t.co/UDTXfqMLqW
Hotel peeve #28. The Do Not Disturb/Make Up My Room sign that insists on being coy and opaque. Been staring at my sign, turning it over and over, wondering whether I am ‘Loving it here!’ or ‘Currrently Offline!’…FFS.
Doodle assumes an unnecessarily conventual pose, suggesting a lifelong vow of thankless self-denial and service to the community, upon waking and being told that it is not yet time for chick-chocks.
