Dr, the people who are complicit in the unilateral decision-making without due recourse have shown gross incompetence in their capacity. It is evident that the incompetence displayed is fueled by bias of background. So yes, asking for their removal is justified.

Some of these demands are reasonable.

Clear laboratory governance is needed.

Prior MoH resolutions should be respected.

If a duly appointed Medical Laboratory Scientist was removed without due process, that deserves urgent independent review and re-engagement.

But demanding immediate removal of multiple officials before an impartial review is completed weakens the case.

The better ask is clear rules, fair process, implementation of past agreements, and protection of patient care.

That is the stronger argument.

Qualification for Medical Laboratory Specialist Program:
_ 10 years minimum of Medical Laboratory Practice

Qualification of Laboratory Medicine Specialist Program:
_ Must be a Medical Doctor

Which of these will have in-depth Laboratory Knowledge and Skills to be in the lab?🤷🏻

Do not be deceived,they just want their 30%-50% commission on your laboratory test .This is the sole reason why they are trying so hard to downplay and denigrate the efforts of the hardworking and excellent team at KORLEBU Korle Bu Teaching Hospital central laboratory .
