@callulathebun You should have a folder in your documents called "Sims 4 Mod Manager Data". Try deleting this folder and then start the Mod Manager.

No other virus program or the check by Apple for the MacOS version seems to detect anything.
I am still trying to find out why Kaspersky has classified it as such. (2/3)
