@JHoleCreates @0vertaxed I think the fact that City Center is empty is the bigger issue, they have another north loop restaurant as well as 3 Mother Dough bakeries. The policies you’re discussing don’t hurt when you’re killing it, they’re deadly when you’re struggling.

NEWS: Fhima’s Minneapolis quietly closed Saturday night downtown. Opened in 2018, survived post-COVID, among the first to reopen lunch, launched a bunch of bakeries downtown (Mother Dough). Family tells me the concept isn’t going away - there’s a new opportunity.
