A hidden message of this grant proposal is that @wikidata as an open KG involving @Wikicite bibliographic data can be used to feed @orkg_org with metadata. As well, @orkg_org includes #RDF data about findings that can be reused by @Wikidata through #SPARQL query federation.
The proposal quotes previous recommendations by the @EU_Commission that:
"'New modes of #ScholarlyCommunication (with emphasis on machine actionability) need to be implemented' as a key factor for the effective development of the @EoscPortal as part of #OpenScience."
We were honoured to be involved at SKG4EOSC Proposal. We thank @markusstocker for managing the proposal. @orkg_org is an interesting project that can transform the global research community.
Beyond #scholarly information packaged in narrative (PDF) documents is #FAIR#ScholComm and explicit, machine actionable provenance links between FAIR info, primary data & contextual entities.
