EJ

Kind of a big deal. Hockey Fanatic. Chicago Sports Loyalist. Leo.

Update: @SamsungUS DID NOT understand my frustration and did nothing to support me, other than try to SELL me the parts to repair the faulty ice maker THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

I think I’ll join it.

BUY LG!!!

[Samsung US @SamsungUS]

@DesCavanaugh Hi, EJ! Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand the challenges you've faced with your refrigerator's icemaker. Please send us a DM, so we have more room to look into this. ^Rosa https://t.co/bnvJy5qumT

[EJ @DesCavanaugh]

@SamsungUS Hi Rosa. I just DM’d. Hopefully we can resolve this privately.

[EJ @DesCavanaugh]

Just want everyone to know that @SamsungUS - a once great company - no longer stands behind their products. One of their associates on their 800 number just told me so. They just told me they wouldn’t cover a replacement part for their faulty ice makers. Buy an LG! @ChicagoBBB

[EJ @DesCavanaugh]

@jimfarley98 @Ford Hi Jim! Bought a “new” @FordMustang Mach‑E—found out the warranty was already ticking before I owned it due to undisclosed dealer use. Clear breach of contract. Now I’m stuck paying for repairs. This isn’t right.

Thought you’d wanna know, being your company and all…

@MarkPotash “Look over there!” the Chicago press yells, pointing at the horizon to distract the world from consequences it has earned for itself…

[EJ @DesCavanaugh]

@TheAthletic You got got. The exchange wasn’t odd, he’s insulted at how he’s been portrayed. His image is his brand.

You came off like a jag. Own your piece of it and move on instead of acting like he owes you something.

We ride with @CALEBcsw in this town.
