@RepAdamSchiff @dotthedragon Unfortunately the bullies are often wounded beings themselves, trying to exert control over the more vulnerable. Feeling power when they themselves have been overpowered with abuse as a minor. Some are just outright mean and feeling entitled; those are easier to deal with.
