@SonofManwithus I’ve struggled with that for a while but reading Matthew 8:26 helped me a lot.

He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

We need to keep faith that God will see us through the storm.

@Matthew1595111 @darren_dazmav80 Nah he's right. If you fast for 3 days your body will eat damaged cells and fix them up again. It's called autophagy.

You won't lose much if any muscle since you'll be producing growth hormone.

And the best part is that it completely resets your gut

@darren_dazmav80 Fasting is amazing. I try and do one 5 day fast at least once every other month. Gives the body time to heal.

I love eating good food so I eat a lot of it and then just not eat a day or two. Ever since I started doing that my mood is better and my body feels great.

Als Palestijns Christen bevestigt het beeld van de IDF soldaat die een Jezusbeeld in Libanon vernielt mijn eigen ervaringen.met Israëlische Joden. Maar de westerse verontwaardiging over Joodse aanvallen op Christenen moet zich ook richten op aanvallen Moslims.

Als christenen niet weten wie hun vijand is dan moeten ze misschien de boom bij haar vrucht beoordelen.

Laat ze maar zien hoe islamitische landen christenen behandelen en vergelijk het met hoe Israël christenen behandelt.

Christenen en Moslims leven al eeuwen met elkaar in vrede tot een derde partij ze tegen elkaar opsteekt

@AndrewZywiecMD Dutchman here. And yea this is clearly evil and should be stopped. The major issue is that most Dutch people do not recognize this as evil.

We're lucky if 1 in 10 people are against this.
