@StagecoachWales A new driver arrived and the bus left Caerphilly around 11:00. I suspect an issue with unavailable drivers. Thank you

@StagecoachWales Is there an update/delay with the 10:00, 26 Blackwood to Cardiff. We pulled into Caerphilly at 10:38, driver disappeared and hasn’t come back. Bus now full of impatient adults and screaming kids.

@StagecoachWales I was travelling from Cardiff to Blackwood… waiting for the 16:40 at stop JP. Understandably the bus was late due to being a busy Saturday. But the live map on the app showed the bus got as far as Westgate street, then turned around and went back to Blackwood

@StagecoachWales Evening, could you inform drivers to complete their route regardless of how late they are. I waited an hour since 16:25 for bus 26 at stop JP in Cardiff, only to find via the live map on the app, the driver decided not to service all stops
