@GoProUK My replacement GoPro has also developed issues and won't turn on. I contacted customer service "Albert" 1 week ago and was told it was escalated, however I've not heard back after sending multiple emails. Last time it took over 2 weeks to receive my replacement.
@GoPro I have a faulty GoPro 11 Mini purchased a few days ago. I contacted customer support and did everything they asked to no avail. Not heard back from my past 3 emails. Support case number: 15509070. I'm based in the UK.
@GoPro He's not replied yet. I'm 5 days in and the issue has still not been resolved, and having to message you here to get the agent to reply is obviously an issue. I'm getting increasingly annoyed with the lack of communication here.
@GoPro Communication needs to be quicker else this is going to turn into a 3 week ordeal. 😞 I asked if the replacement service can be managed in the UK so this can be resolved sooner?

@100trillionUSD I like to follow the S2F model, however I feel we need to put the price predictions into perspective. Let's take the S2F average price of $500k. ($500k-(current price $90k))÷11 months until Sep peak = Bitcoin would have to climb $37,272 every month. Unlikely? 🤔
